On June 10, 2025, a strike by the Airline Pilots Association (APLA) disrupted operations, canceling 22 flights and rescheduling 28, impacting nearly 6,000 passengers and causing $1.1 million in losses. The strike, from 6 p.m. on June 10 to 2 a.m. on June 11, stemmed from contract breaches, delayed salary increases, and poor working conditions, though the airline labeled it politically motivated.

For the July 2025 winter season, Aerolíneas Argentinas plans over 330 daily flights with 1.4 million seats, matching 2024's capacity. The focus is on domestic tourism hubs like San Martín de los Andes, Mendoza, and Iguazú, alongside boosted international routes to Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay, including direct flights to regional cities without Buenos Aires layovers. Domestic tickets purchased by June 30, 2025, qualify for up to 12 interest-free installments with select credit cards.

However, on June 27, 2025, Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) imposed restrictions, limiting Aerolíneas Argentinas' expansion in a key market. This could hinder the airline's growth strategy, despite its recent financial progress and operational plans.
